Conditions of Booking:
1. Deposit: We require 1 night deposit, payment via PayPal, credit card or bank transfer
2. Cancellation: Upon cancellation of your hotel booking, a full refund will be given only if The Serene Bangkok is notified 7 days or more in advance. Otherwise, a fee to the equivelent of one night's stay (at the rate booked) will apply if the cancellation occurs within 7 days of the booking date.
3. Change of booking date: please notify us 7 days or more in advance and depending on the availability
4. All rooms are non-smoking, but we provide a smoking area.
